MRM 1250 CLA - 180caps

MRM 1250 CLA - 180 Capsules

Conjugated Linoleic Acid, also known by it’s acronym “CLA”, is a healthy fatty acid most commonly sourced from safflower but there is also CLA in meat and dairy products (not a significant amount mind you). You may have seen this supplement featured on Dr. Oz recently for its fat burning properties. CLA has been shown to reduce fat 3 different ways, increasing fat cell death, reducing fat cell creation, and last but not least preventing glucose (sugar) conversion to fat. What is the feedback like? It works!

Just remember that CLA does not work fast. It is NOT something that you can take for a week and see immediate results but it DOES work! You have to be consistent with CLA and take at least 2g (2 capsules) with each of your main meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for best results. I actually find stacking it with a green tea extract supplement really kills your appetite too. Research and feedback suggests that CLA targets stomach fat as well, I am not sure how much I actually believe that it targets a certain area but based on taking it, it certainly helps reduce overall body fat percentage.

Now, where to buy CLA in Canada? In Canadian retail stores you’re looking at $35-$40+ for 180 capsules, but in the Bodybuilding Store right now you can get 540 capsules for only $45.98! They currently have a buy 2 get 1 FREE deal on MRM CLA 1250 – 180 SoftgelsMRM CLA, insane deal. It says 1250mg on the bottle but it is 80% CLA so you are actually getting 1000mg per pill; that is something you have to watch for, some bottles will say 1000mg but be only 80% so you are actually getting 800mg of CLA. Make sure you buy a brand like MRM that has 1000mg of actual CLA per pill.

Ps. To maximize fat burning consider stacking this with raspberry ketones and l-carnitine!

Raspberry Ketones ship to Canada from Evolution-Slimming!

Raspberry Ketone

Raspberry Ketones Aid in Fat Metabolism

Many of you may have seen Raspberry Ketones on Dr. Oz the other day being dubbed as the miracle fat burner in a bottle. Well, raspberry ketone is definitely not anything new to the fat burner industry; in fact, it is in many of the popular fat burners sold today, such as: Dymatize Dyma-Burn, Fusion Sub-Q, Rivalus MPower, and many others. So, before you go out and search around for raspberry ketones make sure you are not already taking them!

For those who are unfamiliar with raspberry ketones, they are basically the natural organic flavour/smell (aroma) compound of a raspberry. Although, don’t bother going and eating a ton of raspberries trying to lose weight because you will get a massive stomach ache before you even came close to eating enough of them to make any difference. Raspberry ketone pills are very concentrated, usually only needing 1-3 per day. It has been shown that

raspberry ketones are very effective at reducing weight while on a high fat diet. Keep in mind that these tests have only been done an animals (mice) and this has not been studied on humans far as I know; on the other hand, a lot of people report seeing very good results while supplementing with raspberry ketones which is very promising and makes me feel like these are really worth giving a shot. Just remember, raspberry ketones will NOT substitute exercising and diet!

Where to get raspberry ketones in Canada? The cheapest way for Canadians would be to buy them from the bodybuilding store for only $14.99! LiveLong Nutrition Raspberry Ketones – 90 Capsules. Shipping is estimated at 4-8 days but my last shipment only took 3 days!(depends where you live in Canada). Other than that, you will have to check your local supplement/health food stores to see when they will be getting stock in.

If you want to maximize your stimulant free fat burning potential then I would strongly recommend using raspberry ketones along side an l-carnitine supplement; l-carnitine is an essential amino acid for burning fat – Check out my l-carnitine post if you’re interested.
